I want to rebuild my network and replace some old hardware. Want to ask for any advice and thoughts about this setup.

Current setup:
  • ONT (fiber to ether) from local Internet provider connected to old Ubiquity ER-X router
  • router connected to Ubiquity USW-LITE-16-POE Switch
  • two Ubiquity APs connected to switch over POE
  • one surveillance camera connected to switch over POE
  • 10+ ether clients (including Unraid - no heavy load there. Backups, local media via Jellyfin, bunch of docker services)
  • 40+ Wifi clients (mostly IOTs)
Planned setup:
  • ONT (fiber to ether) from local Internet provider connected to RB5009UPr+S+IN to 2.5Gb ether
  • router connected to CSS326-24G-2S+RM via SFP+
  • Ubiquity APs and camera connected to router to have POE available
  • Have separate VLAN for IOT and block internet access to the internet
  • Have separate VLAN for personal devices, and work devices (corporate laptops)
  • Have separate VLAN? for guests
  • 15+ ether clients (including Unraid - no heavy load there. Backups, local media via Jellyfin, bunch of docker services)
  • 50+ Wifi clients (mostly IOTs)

1. Would it be better to have POE switch instead of CSS326? I ask in terms of performance of RB5009, cause it have to handle all firewall rules, VLANs and also traffic from two APs and camera.
2. Can you recommend SFP+ modules and cables?
3. What do you think about that setup? Anything to consider or change?
